Plz see the question dat i highlighted..do binary really got 47 or even AA ? And the base of the number is not given in the question, how m i goin to do it?

I think,for example question 1e,47 is a decimal number while AA is a hexadecimal number.Convert those numbers to binary and add them.Makes sense?

I agree AA is hexa but 47 can be octal and hexa too other den decimal..how sure are u to judge it as decimal ?

hmmm so im guessing if AA is hexa,47 should be hexa as well? Suspect

anyway for question 5a,AF means 1015 right? then just times by 16^(0-3) right?

Yea its 1015,

(15x16^0) + (10x16^1) = 15 + 160
= 210

bcaz it is intro 2 logic after all...hahaha
i think it shud b hexadecimal...since tat question oni cover wat she teached...
n the question pattern showed tat its the same...
but she is used 2 making mistake n so...yes,it is not binary number...
mayb its a trick question 2 test us on our knowledge if we noe wat is binary number...haha
so highlighted question dun ans since the instruction is 2 add the following binary number..

The question wasn't that clear, but I assume all the numbers are Decimal.

yea i do think so, alphabets are hexa & numbers are decimal.
